Suppliers are proxy farmers (companies and individuals who operate their own 4G mobile devices and allow users to connect to those devices in order to route internet traffic through their servers).

Customers are various individuals and businesses worldwide that need to change their IP address in order to access different platforms for marketing and other purposes.

By using this website and system, you agree to comply with these Terms. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you have reached the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If any inconsistency arises between these Terms and a separate written agreement concluded between you and us, the written agreement will prevail.

2. Registration and User Account

In order to access the Services and the System, you must complete the registration process and create an account ("Account"). The registration process involves submitting your information through a registration form and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• impose an excessive burden on our infrastructure or the infrastructure of our partners

Any fraudulent or unlawful activity involving our proxies is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these rules will result in:

• suspension or termination of your account
• forfeiture of funds in your balance
• no entitlement to refunds

We reserve the right to disclose your data to law enforcement authorities if you are involved in illegal activity.

4. ProxyStyler Rights and Responsibilities

ProxyStyler reserves the right to monitor system usage for billing purposes and to detect misuse or network abuse.

We may provide your information to government authorities in the event of a complaint or legal proceeding where required by law.

We may immediately suspend access to the system without prior notice if we determine that:

• your use poses a security threat to the system
• your use negatively affects the system or other customers
• your actions may expose ProxyStyler or third parties to liability
• your actions are fraudulent
• your actions harm ProxyStyler's reputation
• you are in breach of this agreement
• you fail to make payments on time
• you provide false information during registration
• you fail to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification

If your account is blocked, no refund will be issued, even if the purchased proxies remain active. All purchases are considered final and non-refundable if the account is closed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all rights to the website and its content belong to ProxyStyler, including:

• interface
• graphics
• design
• texts
• source code
• software
• other elements of the website

These rights remain our exclusive property (or the property of the respective graphic creators).

These Terms do not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, databases, trade secrets, trademarks, or trade names.

We confirm that we hold all rights necessary to grant the rights described in these Terms.

6. Changes to the Website, System, and Terms
